Label applicators

Semi-automatic label applicators for flat, round, and box surfaces. The AP360 and AP362 handle flat and tapered label application; the AP550 is designed for flat surface application at higher throughput. The VERSAMATE-300 suits general flat item labelling. The BOXMATE-610 and BOXMATE-612 are built for box top and side labelling. BOTTLEMATE applicators cover round container labelling: the BOTTLEMATE-712M is a manual unit for low-volume runs, the BOTTLEMATE-910P and BOTTLEMATE-910P-2 apply 9″ labels (single and dual label), and the BOTTLEMATE-1510P and BOTTLEMATE-1510P-2 handle 15″ label formats.

Label rewinders and unwinders

The CAT 3SA CHUCK and CAT 3SA CHUCK 10 rewinders take up printed label stock after printing or for quality inspection before application. The UCAT 3 CHUCK and UCAT 3 CHUCK 10 unwinders feed roll stock into applicators or finishing equipment. Epson ColorWorks accessories

Spare Spindles for the CW-6000 and CW-6500 series let you pre-load a second roll to reduce media changeover time during production.
